Club Days

There will be a sailing briefing before we start the Club Day, so it is important to be on time. The briefing will cover the course set up, weather and safety.
Gear can be left on shore while sailing. A shore crew will supervise the area but we will not be responsible for any items that get lost or stolen.
You can select any of the club fleet or sail your own boat on the day. Our Commodore can assist with boat selection if you are unsure or new to sailing. Once you have selected a boat, you will be shown how to rig the boat up – an important aspect of learning to sail safely!
Boats are then launched and retrieved by hand. Shore crew can assist.
Finally, once you have completed the day, come back to base and wash down your boat and unpack the gear ready for the next club day. Washing facilities are provided.
The Calendar (below) shows the High Tide time on each Club Day, so please arrive by the Arrival Time so you can sign in and rig up.
The Calendar also shows the Activity on the Club Days.
